Alan Michael Anthony Sheehan was born on 14 September 1986 and is an Irish professional football coach and former player who is head coach of EFL Championship club Swansea City.

Alan Sheehan joined Leicester City in July 2003 and played for eleven other clubs in the English football leagues over a nearly 20-year playing career.
