Amangeldy Gumirovich "Aman" Tuleyev was a Russian statesman.

Aman Tuleyev served as governor of Kemerovo Oblast from 1997 to 2018 and was the chairman of the Council of People's Deputies of the Kemerovo Oblast briefly in 2018.
