Arnhim Ulric Eustace was born on 5 October 1944 and is a Vincentian retired politician and economist.

Arnhim Eustace served as the third Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and is the former longtime leader of the opposition and former president of the New Democratic Party after resigning in 2016.

Arnhim Eustace attended Sir George William University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where he earned a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Development Economics from University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada.
