Billie Davies is an American female jazz drummer and composer best known for her avant garde and avant-garde jazz compositions since the mid-1990s, and her improvisational drumming techniques she has performed in Europe and in the United States.

Mostly growing up on the Belgian Coast, in Western Europe, at the North Sea, between Bruges, Knokke, Blankenberge and Zeebrugge, her grandfather, Maurice Clybouw, who immigrated with his parents to Paris, France, when he was 8, in 1920, and moved back to Belgium, Bruges in 1943, was the first to introduce her to the drums when Billie was about three years old.
