Bradley Ernest Whitford was born on February 23,1952 and is an American musician who is best known for serving as guitarist for the hard rock band Aerosmith for which he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.

Brad Whitford has worked as a songwriter for the group, co-composing well-received tracks such as 1976's "Last Child".
