Charles Alexander Allard was a Canadian banker, broadcaster, businessman, and surgeon who set up the Canadian radio station CHQT and Edmonton's independent television station CITV-TV, and was the founder of the Bank of Alberta, Allarcom, and the Edmonton Oilers.
