Dallas Sonnier was born Joseph Albert Sonnier IV in the Highland Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas, US.

Dallas Sonnier's parents, Becky and Dr Joseph Sonnier moved from Shreveport, Louisiana to Dallas, Texas, shortly before he was born in 1980.
