Thomas Daniel Efland was born on October 4,1988 and is an American former professional stock car racing driver, engineer and crew chief who works for AM Racing as the crew chief of their No 25 Ford Mustang Dark Horse driven by Harrison Burton in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
