Donald Richard Downe was born on 1951 and is a farmer and political figure in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Don Downe represented Lunenburg West in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1993 to 2003 as a Liberal member.

Don Downe was a poultry farm owner and was president of the Nova Scotia Federation of Agriculture.
