Edward Norman Fadeley was an American attorney and politician in the state of Oregon.

Edward Fadeley was the 88th justice of the Oregon Supreme Court.

Edward Norman Fadeley was born on December 13,1929, in Williamsville, Missouri, the son of Robert Sylvester Fadeley and Nelle Fadeley, both teachers.

Edward Fadeley was raised in Missouri, and at the age of 14 he decided he wanted to become a lawyer.

Edward Fadeley then joined the United States Navy where he served for three years.

In 1957, Fadeley graduated from law school at the university, first in his class.
