Facundo Pereyra is a versatile player, who is able to play as an attacking midfielder, winger in both flanks, secondary striker and a forward.
Facundo Pereyra remained in Estudiantes until June 2009, date when Pereyra left the club for the Chilean professional club, Palestino, joining to the club on loan.
However, Facundo Pereyra only played three games, not scoring goals, which meant his return to Argentina to play again at Estudiantes de Buenos Aires.
