Francis Jeune, known as Francois Jeune, was a Jersey-born clergyman, schoolmaster, and academic who served as Dean of Jersey Master of Pembroke College, Oxford, and Bishop of Peterborough.

In 1832 Francis Jeune travelled to Canada as secretary to Sir John Colborne, the Lieutenant Governor of Upper Canada, and as tutor to Colborne's sons.
