Gonzague Olivier, referred to in some sources as Gustave Olivier, was a French racing driver and boat builder.

In 1952, Olivier drove a Simca 8 Sport to second in class at the Circuit International de Vitesse in Bordeaux, and placed fourth in class in the 12 Hours of Hyeres alongside Bernard Dubly.

Later that year, Gonzague Olivier made his first appearance at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, sharing his Porsche as a private entrant with co-driver Eugene Martin.
