Gordon Siu Kwing-chue, CBE, GBS, JP is a former Hong Kong civil servant.

Gordon Siu joined the civil service as an administrative officer in 1966.

Gordon Siu held various positions in the Hong Kong government, including the deputy secretary for the Civil Service from 1981 to 1985, secretary general of the Office of Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils from 1985 to 1988 and postmaster general from 1988 to 1992.

Gordon Siu was later appointed secretary for transport and head of the Central Policy Unit from 1997 to 1999 after the handover.

Gordon Siu became secretary for planning, environment and lands in 1999 until he retired from the government in 2001.

Gordon Siu was awarded the honours of Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 1997 and Gold Bauhinia Star in 2002 and appointed a non-official Justice of the Peace in 2003.

Gordon Siu plays violin and joined the choir at school.

Gordon Siu received a diploma from the Royal Academy of Music and joined the Hong Kong Youth Orchestra in 1964.
