Maria Helena do Rego da Costa Salema Roseta was born on 23 December 1947 and is a Portuguese architect, specialising in improvements to poorer neighbourhoods, and a politician who was a member of the Assembly of the Republic and President of the Lisbon Municipal Assembly and Mayor of Cascais.
