Helia Agueda Molina Milman was born on 2 April 1947 and is a Chilean physician, educator, and politician.

Helia Molina served as Minister of Public Health in 2014, during the second government of Michelle Bachelet.

Helia Molina has worked as a consultant at the Pan American Health Organization, World Health Organization, UNICEF, Inter-American Development Bank, and other international agencies.

Helia Molina received a degree in medical sciences at the University of Chile in 1971, and the title of surgeon at the same university in 1973.

Helia Molina obtained a master's degree in public health at the University of Chile in 1999.
