Henry Ferdinand "Henk" Mudge was born on 18 February 1952 and is a Namibian politician and President of the Republican Party.

Henk Mudge was the party's only member of the National Assembly of Namibia from 2004 to 2011, when he resigned.

The younger Henk Mudge was a founding member of the Republican Party in 1977; the party joined the Democratic Turnhalle Alliance in the same year, and Henk Mudge held a seat on the Khomas Regional Council from 1992 to 2003 as a member of the DTA, representing Windhoek West Constituency.

Mid of 2003 Henk Mudge launched an effort to revive the Republican Party as an independent organization, and he resigned from the Regional Council on 30 June 2003.
