Henry Kennedy Maley was an Australian politician who was a Country Party member of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia from 1917 to 1924 and again from 1929 to 1930.

Henry Maley was the state leader of the Country Party from 1922 to 1923, and a minister in the government of Sir James Mitchell from 1921 to 1924.

Henry Maley attended the High School in Perth on a scholarship, and after leaving began working as a clerk for the Midland Railway Company.
