Wolfgang-Hubertus Ernst Ulrich Heil was born on 3 November 1972 and is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party who has been serving as Federal Minister of Labour and Social Affairs in the fourth cabinet of Chancellor Angela Merkel and the first cabinet of Chancellor Olaf Scholz since 14 March 2018.
