Ilan Shor is an Israeli-born Moldovan pro-Russian fugitive oligarch and politician.

Ilan Shor was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, on 6 March 1987, the son of Miron and Maria Ilan Shor, Moldovan Jews from Chisinau who had moved to Israel in the late 1970s.

The family returned to Chisinau around 1990, when Ilan Shor was either two or three years old, and his father went into business in Moldova.

Ilan Shor owns several Moldovan businesses, including a company named Dufremol and the FC Milsami football club.

In 2018, Shor opened the largest amusement park in Moldova, OrheiLand, offering free access to all visitors.
