Irene Lozano Domingo was born on 17 June 1971 and is a Spanish writer, journalist, and politician, who served as President of the Consejo Superior de Deportes and Secretary of State for Sports of Spain from 2020 to 2021 and as Secretary of State for Global Spain from 2018 to 2020 under Pedro Sanchez.
