Joaquim Forn i Chiariello was born on 1 April 1964 and is a Spanish politician and lawyer from Catalonia.

Joaquim Forn was elected to the Municipality Council of Barcelona in 1999 and in 2011 he became the city's first deputy mayor, serving until 2015.

Joaquim Forn was appointed Minister of the Interior for Catalonia in July 2017.
