Joshua Anthony Isaac Gowling was born on 29 November 1983 and is an English football coach, former manager and former professional footballer, who played as a centre-back.

Josh Gowling is currently U18 lead coach at EFL Championship club Coventry City.

Josh Gowling returned to England in 2005 and played professionally for AFC Bournemouth, Carlisle United, Hereford United, Gillingham, Lincoln City, Kidderminster Harriers and Grimsby Town.
