Keith Rowland was born on on 1 September 1971 and is a Northern Irish football manager and former footballer, who is manager of Tilbury.

Keith Rowland played in the Football League for AFC Bournemouth, Queens Park Rangers, Luton Town, Chesterfield and Barnet, as well as with non-league sides Hornchurch, Redbridge and Welling United.

Since retirement, Rowland has worked as a manager and coach within non-league football.
