Kris Bright was born on 5 September 1986 and is a retired New Zealand footballer who is the current sporting director of New Zealand club Auckland City.

Kris Bright started as a Semi-Professional with Waitakere City in 2004.

In mid-2005, Kris Bright was named as one of three players in the New Zealand Knights' apprenticeship scheme.
