Kwazikwenkosi Innocent Mshengu was born on 10 November 1984 and is a South African lawyer and African National Congress politician who served as the Member of the Executive Council for Education in KwaZulu-Natal until 11 August 2022 when he was replaced with Mbali Frazer by the new KwaZulu-Natal Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube.
