Leung Ying was a Chinese mass murderer who killed 11 people on a farm near Fairfield, California, on August 22,1928.

Leung Ying, who went by the names Wong Gay and Lim Onn, had been arrested by San Francisco police in 1924 as a gunman and narcotics peddler.

Leung Ying had a reputation as a killer, boasting he had killed three people in a tong war, and was generally regarded as a "bad" person.
