Mark James Mwandosya was born on 28 December 1949 and is a Tanzanian CCM retired politician and a former Member of Parliament for Rungwe East constituency, who is the chairman of Ewura Tanzania and the chairp of the Energy Regulators Association of East Africa Annual General Assembly.
