Mauricio "Morris" Gamsao Domogan was born on October 10,1946 and is a Filipino lawyer and politician and is the longest serving mayor of the city of Baguio.

Mauricio Domogan has been elected to three terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the Lone District of Baguio.
