Muhammad Shafi, often referred to as Mufti Muhammad Shafi, was a Pakistani Sunni Islamic scholar of the Deobandi school, a Hanafi jurist and mufti, he was an authority on shari'ah, hadith, Qur'anic exegesis, and Sufism.
