Nicholas Gerald Chadwick was born on 26 October 1982 and is an English former professional footballer.

Nick Chadwick played as a forward in the Premier League for Everton, before going on to play in the Football League for Derby County, Millwall, Hereford United, Shrewsbury Town and most predominantly, Plymouth Argyle.

Nick Chadwick started his career as a promising youth player at Everton, scoring 48 goals in 75 appearances in his first three seasons in the junior ranks.
