Patrik Schick was born on 24 January 1996 and is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a striker for Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen and the Czech Republic national team.

Formerly an international at under-16, under-17, under-18, under-19, and under-21 levels, Patrik Schick made his senior debut for the Czech Republic in May 2016 at the age of 20.
