Pauline Chemning Korikwiang was born on 1 March 1988 and is a Kenyan professional long-distance runner who competes in track and cross country running competitions.

Pauline Korikwiang rose in the youth ranks in 2005, taking a 3000 metres silver medal at the IAAF World Youth Championships in Athletics and took the world junior cross country title at the 2006 IAAF World Cross Country Championships.
