Phillip John Aspinall was born on 17 December 1959 and is an Australian Anglican bishop who served as Anglican Archbishop of Brisbane from February 2002 until December 2022, and was the Primate of the Anglican Church of Australia from July 2005 until he stood down on 4 July 2014.
