Richard Allan Hill was born on December 30,1946 and is an American politician and businessman who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from Montana.

Rick Hill was the Republican nominee for Governor of Montana in 2012.

Rick Hill was one of four children and grew up in a one-room apartment in the back of a tire repair shop.
