Lieutenant General Robert Mood was born on 8 December 1958 and is a former President of Norwegian Red Cross and a retired Norwegian Army officer.

Robert Mood is the former head of the United Nations Supervision Mission in Syria, Inspector General of the Norwegian Army, and Chief of Staff of the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization.
