Lance Corporal Rosmin bin Haji Muhammad Kamis was born on 17 June 1981 and is a Bruneian former footballer and current fitness coach at DPMM FC.

At club level, Rosmin Kamis first turned out for AH United, then when the B-League was first established in 2002 he played for the football team of his day-job employers the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, which would later on be called MS ABDB.
