Samuel Kipi was a statesman in the Kingdom of Hawaii who served as Royal Governor of the island Hawaii from 1874 to 1879.

Samuel Kipi served many other positions being appointed Land Appraiser for the island of Hawaii on August 22,1873, and Boundary Commissioner for the 4th Judicial Circuit on October 29,1878.
