Samuel Kisakye Sejjaaka is a Ugandan accountant, academic and businessman.

Samuel Sejjaaka is Principal and Country Team Leader at MAT ABACUS Business School.

Samuel Sejjaaka then helped establish Abacus Business School, Uganda's premier executive education institution.

Samuel Kisakye Sejjaaka was born on 10 January 1964 in the Mulago National Referral Hospital in Kampala, Uganda's capital and largest city.

Samuel Sejjaaka followed that up with a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, from Makerere in 1988.

Samuel Sejjaaka then attended the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom, earning a Master of Science degree in financial studies in 1990.

Dr Samuel Sejjaaka served as a Deputy Chairman of the Board and a Director at Stanbic Bank Limited, the largest commercial bank in the country from 2007 to 2017.

In May 2019, Dr Samuel Sejjaaka was appointed by The Minister of Finance Matia Kasaija, to chair the inaugural seven member Investment Advisory Committee of the Petroleum Fund, a requirement under section 66 of the Public Finance Management Act 2015.
