Selaine Rachel Saxby is a British Conservative Party politician who was the Member of Parliament for North Devon from 2019 to 2024.

Selaine Saxby was born on 25 November 1970 in Coventry to Kenneth and Pamela Saxby.

Selaine Saxby attended Eastbourne Sixth Form College, before studying mathematics and management at Magdalene College, Cambridge, where she gained a BA first class honours degree in maths and management studies in 1992.
