Stuart Drummond was born on 29 November 1973 and is a British politician, who was the first and only directly elected mayor of Hartlepool in North East England.

Stuart Drummond was first elected in 2002, under the guise of H'Angus the Monkey, the town's football club's mascot, and was re-elected in 2005 and 2009.
