Stuart Richard Young SC was born on 9 February 1975 and is a Trinidad and Tobago attorney and politician who served as the eighth Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago between March and May 2025.

Stuart Young was the Minister of Energy and Energy Industries and Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister.
