Thomas Oluseun Adeyemi was born on 24 October 1991 and is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.

Tom Adeyemi started his professional career at Championship club Norwich City in 2008, having progressed through the club's youth ranks, and made his professional debut for the club in 2009.

Tom Adeyemi joined Championship club Birmingham City in July 2013 on a free transfer, having been released by Norwich, and a year later moved again, to fellow Championship club Cardiff City.
