Thomas Peter Wilson Parkes was born on 15 January 1992 and is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Livingston.

However this came to a premature end after only three league games after Tom Parkes suffered a broken ankle.

Tom Parkes made his return by being named on the bench on 14 January 2012 in a match against Plymouth Argyle.
