Tshitereke Baldwin Matibe was born on 19 November 1969 and is a South African politician who has been the Member of the Limpopo Executive Council for Economic Development, Environment and Tourism since 2024.

Tshitereke Matibe served as Deputy Speaker of the Limpopo Provincial Legislature from October 2022 until June 2024.
