Vicente Daclan Rubi was a Filipino Visayan musician from Cebu, Philippines, best known for composing the Philippine Christmas carol Kasadyaa Ning Taknaa, which was translated into Tagalog, Ang Pasko ay Sumapit, by National Artist Levi Celerio.
