Viktor Pavlovych Pshonka is a politician from Ukraine, who served as Prosecutor General of Ukraine from 2010 to 2014.

Viktor Pshonka was the State Counselor of Justice of Ukraine and member of the High Council of Justice of Ukraine.

Viktor Pshonka holds a Doctor of Laws degree, and is a member of the International Association of Prosecutors.

Viktor Pshonka is believed to have fled to Russia, and later taken up its citizenship, following the 2014 Ukrainian Revolution.

Viktor Pshonka was born on 6 February 1954 in Serhiivka, Slovyansk District of Donetsk Oblast.
