Zhang Chonghua, courtesy name Tailin, formally Duke Jinglie of Xiping or Duke Huan of Xiping was a ruler of the Chinese state Former Liang.

Later that year, Zhang Chonghua grew ill, and he designated his nine-year-old son Zhang Chonghua Yaoling to be his heir apparent.

Xie submitted a petition accusing Zhang Zuo and Zhao of plotting, and in winter of that year, when Zhang Chonghua grew gravely ill, he tried to summon Xie back to the capital to serve as Zhang Yaoling's regent, but the order was seized by Zhang Zuo and Zhao and never announced.

Zhang Chonghua was succeeded by Zhang Chonghua Yaoling, under the title Duke of Xiping.
