Michael Benning McCaskey was an American sports executive who was the chairman of the Chicago Bears in the National Football League from 1999 until 2011.

Michael McCaskey was the eldest son of the late Bears owner Virginia Halas McCaskey and grandson of team founder George Halas.

Michael McCaskey became president of the Bears in 1983 after Halas' death.

Michael McCaskey held that post until 1999, when he succeeded his father Ed as chairman of the board until 2011.
