Mike Mondo is best known for his time in WWE as Mike Mondo and Mikey as a member of The Spirit Squad.

On March 5,2011, Mike Mondo regained the OVW Heavyweight Championship by winning a three-way ladder match, involving Cliff Compton and "Low Rider" Matt Barela.

Mike Mondo then feuded with T J Perkins, whom he defeated in their first match together, but lost the second.

At Glory By Honor XI: The Unbreakable Hope, Mondo lost to Mike Bennett, suffering a leg injury in the process which sidelined him for several months.

Mike Mondo made a further return at television tapings in April 2017, when he and Kenny unsuccessfully challenged The Young Bucks for the ROH World Tag Team Championship.

Mike Mondo was released the next day after posting US$500 bail.
